Job summary

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Business Administration, Program Management, or related field, and/or 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of program management and procedures.
• Proficient in budgeting, documentation, and reporting.
• Experience with scheduling software (MS Project, ProChain).

Responsibilities

• Support planning and coordination of programs and related activities.
• Maintain budgets and track expenditures and transactions.
• Manage communications through external portals (e.g., SPARS, EXOSTAR).
• Schedule and organize meetings/events and maintain agendas and documentation.
• Create reports and assist in proposal generation.
• Foster positive relations within program teams and with external stakeholders.
• Ensure use of technology for operations (video conferencing, presentations).
• Support growth and program development.
