Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking a Program Support Specialist 2 in Dallas to assist program management with proposals, documentation, and contract compliance. The role supports federal, local, and commercial clients across security and electronic systems.

You will prepare briefs, reports, and presentations, ensuring accurate capture of meetings and milestones while coordinating with cross-functional teams for timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Clearance/Citizen Type: U.S. Citizenship; ability to obtain public trust level clearance.
• High School Diploma/GED with 8+ years of experience
• Associate's Degree with 6+ years of experience
• Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of experience
• Experience in professional writing, editing, and document production.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and resolve practical problems.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work with a diverse range of individuals.
• Strong multitasking skills and computer proficiency (MS Office).
• Experience authoring responses to statements of work and management plans.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposal responses and project deliverables, and monitor progress.
• Maintain proposal, project and contract documentation.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and track change orders.
• Prepare monthly and financial reports; organize meetings and briefs.
• Create technical documentation and templates; present complex information clearly.
• Coordinate contract and proposal deliverables production and delivery per RFPs.
