Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5 years of full-time (or equivalent) administrative experience.
• Experience organizing and coordinating administrative program initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage major agency contracts to ensure compliance.
• Monitor the agency budget in relation to contracts and services.
• Research products and supplies required by the agency.
• Participate in evaluation committee practices in the RFP/RFQ process.
• Draft proper specifications for needed agency contracts for goods and services.
