Jacobs is seeking a Program & Communications Coordinator in The Villages to support the execution of key initiatives across the program.

You will serve as a central point of coordination for leadership communications, meetings, and client-facing deliverables, partnering with program leaders and corporate teams to ensure milestones move from planning to execution with clear communications and follow-through.

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in program coordination, executive/leadership support, client communications, presentation development, project coordination, or complex operations support.
• Exceptional writing, editing, presentation, meeting facilitation, and follow-through skills.
• Strong stakeholder-management skills and the confidence to work across executives and client representatives.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 collaboration and presentation tools to craft client-ready materials.

Responsibilities

• Develop presentations, reports, briefing materials, and client-ready communications.
• Coordinate leadership meetings, program reviews, and key operational events.
• Track action items, deadlines, and follow-up activities to support program goals.
• Maintain program schedules and coordinate major milestones, workshops, and events.
• Support leadership visits, client tours, and special projects.
• Partner with teams across the program to deliver clear, timely communications.
