Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience in a construction environment as a Project Coordinator or similar
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in utilities or construction is preferred

Responsibilities

• Plan and support project delivery and strategic growth initiatives for the group.
• Coordinate ongoing projects, manage team communication and training.
• Maintain project documentation files, logs, and governance records.
• Create transmittals, process vendor data, and interface with clients and team.
• Mentor coworkers and assist customers as needed.
• Distribute and track approvals on project files and information (IFR/IFA/FYI).
