Job summary

The role requires organization, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.

You will help drive project progress, maintain documentation, and support client satisfaction across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Fundamental understanding of project management and delivery principles.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
• Ability to communicate professionally with PMs, senior leaders, technical staff, clients, and internal functions.
• Experience supporting Project Managers or project delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide project delivery, operational, and administrative support to PMs and Managers of Projects.
• Help maintain compliance with project delivery processes and prepare for reviews.
• Manage project documentation and monitor portfolio health and risk.
• Track action items and support client satisfaction activities.
• Facilitate timely project closeout and records management.
• Coordinate meetings, communications, and action management.
• Support sales and pursuit coordination.
