Job summary

Jacobs is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead delivery of major expansion and new construction projects in Orlando, FL. You will oversee budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams, coordinating with owners and consultants from design through closeout.

You will manage contracts, ensure quality, and maintain proactive communication with clients and stakeholders. On-site responsibilities and cross-functional collaboration are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
• 8+ years as Project Manager in owner, architecture, engineering, environmental, or construction org.
• Direct oversight of consultants and contractors.
• Experience delivering expansions/new construction projects >$20M and ≥50,000 GSF.
• Certifications: CGC, CCM, PMP/PgMP/PfMP.
• Strong knowledge of pre-design, construction processes, and contract management.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, contracts, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall project delivery, including cost, schedule, quality, contract administration, and project reporting.
• Manage projects from concept through design, construction, completion, and closeout.
• Develop and manage budgets, schedules, scopes, procedures, controls, and contract documentation.
• Oversee consultant and contractor performance throughout project delivery.
• Coordinate RFIs and design conflicts while ensuring compliance with contracts.
• Monitor performance, identify variances, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Lead project meetings and maintain documentation during design and construction.
• Provide leadership for one or more project management teams.
