Job summary

Valeris is a life sciences commercialization partner seeking a Program Manager to lead client relationships, program execution, and financial oversight for assigned brands.

You will develop deep expertise in therapeutic areas, monitor KPIs, and coordinate with internal teams to drive program performance and value.

Prepare QBR-ready data, manage invoicing accuracy, and mentor peers while ensuring timely communications and action-item follow-ups across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, marketing and/or healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry; graduate degree and/or PMP preferred.
• 3–4 years of project or program management experience.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Access, OneNote).
• Organized and detail-oriented with effective time management skills.
• Budget management and/or financial accounting skills.
• Travel up to 10% locally and out-of-town; flexibility to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Account Funding Monitoring and ensure POs are funded for billing.
• Review claims workflow and update trackers for audit-ready data.
• Lead weekly client account touchpoints and distribute minutes.
• Manage meetings to ensure deliverables and action items progress; maintain minutes tracker.
• Review core program metrics: claims, enrollments, and budgets weekly.
• Prepare accruals and support quarter-year financial processes.
