Directive Consulting is a leading B2B performance marketing agency driving real revenue through its Customer Generation approach. We seek a bold Programmatic Strategist to manage day-to-day programmatic campaigns, optimize across DSPs, and develop client strategies that outperform KPIs.

You’ll work remotely with SaaS and B2B brands, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable growth and actionable insights.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven experience in programmatic roles at publishers, advertising agencies, or ad tech companies.
• Hands-on expertise in media buying: building and optimizing campaigns in DSPs, with a preference for experience in TTD and DV360.
• Proven track record in Programmatic media planning, buying, and building measurement frameworks to evaluate campaign success.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Management across all Programmatic Channels.
• Strategy Development in collaboration with internal teams.
• Data Integration using first-party and third-party data.
• Planning and Setup of programmatic campaigns on DSPs like DV360, The Trade Desk, etc.
• Optimization to meet performance and pacing goals.
• Reporting and actionable insights for clients.
• Troubleshooting campaign performance issues.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration with creative, analytics, and account teams.
• Client Relationship Management with regular updates and strategic recommendations.
• Presentation of campaign plans and performance to clients.
