Job summary

Directive Consulting is seeking a bold Programmatic Strategist to lead day-to-day management of our Programmatic clients. You will build and optimize campaigns across DSPs, develop strategies, and communicate with clients and internal teams.

You’ll leverage first- and third-party data to drive precise targeting, collaborate across creative, analytics, and account teams, and present performance insights and strategic recommendations to clients in a fast-paced SaaS and B2B environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven programmatic experience in publishers, agencies, or ad tech.
• Hands-on media buying with DSPs; experience in DV360 and The Trade Desk preferred.
• Proven track record in programmatic planning, buying, and measurement frameworks.
• Understanding of how programmatic and other channels work together to surpass KPIs.
• Experience growing programmatic for B2B/SaaS with budgets over $50k/month.
• Strong collaboration and client-facing communication.
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day programmatic campaigns for clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop media strategies.
• Leverage first- and third-party data for audience targeting.
• Plan and set up campaigns across DSPs (DV360, The Trade Desk, etc.).
• Monitor and optimize campaigns to meet performance goals.
• Generate reports and provide actionable insights.
• Troubleshoot delivery and performance issues.
• Coordinate with creative, analytics, and account teams.
• Communicate campaign performance and strategy to clients.
• Present plans, reports, and recommendations to clients.
