Job summary

Viant is seeking a Programmatic Account Strategist in New York to guide self-serve clients through the Viant DSP platform. This client-facing role acts as trusted advisor, driving platform adoption and campaign optimization while delivering strategic recommendations.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Operations, educate clients on features, and lead training to help customers become independent traders on the platform.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a programmatic, account management, or related role.
• Strong understanding of programmatic ad tech and self-serve DSPs.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Build strong client partnerships and act as trusted advisor for Viant DSP.
• Educate customers on features and best practices, driving platform adoption.
• Proactively manage campaign portfolios, monitor performance, and surface insights.
• Lead campaign launches and provide ongoing training for client independence.
• Provide data-driven strategic recommendations and resolve technical challenges.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Operations to improve the platform.
