Job summary

Viant is seeking a Sr. Technical Account Manager to act as a strategic post-sales leader for key clients, aligning Viant’s data and measurement solutions with business objectives.

You’ll partner with Sales Engineering, Account Management and product teams to scale adoption and deliver measurable ROI. The role requires deep ads tech knowledge, strong project management, and the ability to translate complex concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Technical Account Management or related roles.
• 4+ years experience with Ad Tech platforms (DSPs, DMPs, CDP, or clean rooms).
• Strong understanding of the ad tech ecosystem and measurement; proficiency in SQL and cloud analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic post-sales technical thought leader for key accounts.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Account Management and product teams to drive adoption and value realization.
• Translate complex technical capabilities into business outcomes and ROI for clients.
• Lead measurement strategy and custom reporting to support executive storytelling and evolution.
• Develop training materials to elevate internal Sales and Account teams.
