Sage in Austin is seeking a senior Project Execution and Project Management professional to lead global strategic initiatives within the Sales and Success Digital Enablement team. You will drive cross-functional programs, governance, and performance metrics to maximize business impact.

Hybrid role with in-office 3 days per week, collaborative environment, and opportunities to shape go-to-market and operational excellence across regions.

Qualifications

• 7 years' experience in program or project management.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives across sales, success enablement and RTR.
• Strong change-management, governance and communication skills.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of global strategic initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, RACIs and stakeholder maps.
• Provide project administration and process support.
• Foster partnerships with Sales, Customer Success, IT, Marketing and Support.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Deliver reports on program status and business impact to executives.
• Drive continuous improvement and lessons learned.
