Job summary

UW Medicine in Seattle is seeking a part-time Temporary Program Operations Specialist to support the Cambia Palliative Care Center of Excellence (CPCCE). The role provides operational leadership and programmatic support across research, education, and clinical innovation, reporting to CPCCE Director.

• Bachelors degree in business or related field and 3 years of relevant experience.
• Project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement CPCCE operational programs and initiatives to support research dissemination, education, and clinical innovation.
• Prepare reports for leadership meetings, CPCCE website, newsletter, and annual report; maintain membership database and communication platforms.
• Coordinate meetings, track action items, and provide administrative support to CPCCE Director and education programs.
• Collaborate with CPCCE leadership and faculty to ensure programs are supported and resources are available.
