Job summary

The University of Washington Medical Center's Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences seeks a Program Operations Specialist to lead planning for CSPAR's Suicide Care Team. You will build charters, work plans, and dashboards to communicate progress and ensure timely delivery of outcomes across UW Medicine, clinicians, and students.

This role emphasizes collaboration, risk management, and stakeholder engagement, with a focus on sustaining the program beyond the grant period.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Behavioral Health, Communications, Education, Human Services, or related field; 4 years of project management experience.
• Proven ability to lead and facilitate cross-functional teams; strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience with budget management and developing progress dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate strategic plan development and implementation (40%).
• Coordinate and convene team members, collaborators, advisors, sponsors, etc. to achieve project success (20%).
• Support clinic infrastructure development and maintenance (20%).
• Manage project budget (10%).
• Other duties as assigned (10%).
