Job summary

University of Washington CSPAR Suicide Care Team seeks a Program Operations Specialist to lead strategic planning and manage charters, work plans, and dashboards for timely delivery of suicide care initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 4+ years of project management experience in healthcare preferred.
• Experience applying project management best practices and leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate strategic plan development and implementation (40%).
• Coordinate and convene team members, collaborators, advisors, sponsors, etc. (20%).
• Support clinic infrastructure development and maintenance (20%).
• Manage project budget (10%).
• Other duties as assigned (10%).
