Job summary

The University of Washington's Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences seeks a Program Operations Specialist to lead strategic planning for the CSPAR Suicide Care Team. You will build charters, work plans, and dashboards to communicate progress and ensure timely delivery across UW Medicine, clinicians, and students.

You will coordinate with team members, support clinic infrastructure, and manage the project budget while aligning with UW Medicine's mission to improve public health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Behavioral Health, Communications, Education, Human Services, or a related field.
• 4 years’ experience with project management and in-depth knowledge of project management best practices, preferably in a healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead committees, facilitate meetings, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate strategic plan development and implementation (40%).
• Coordinate and convene team members, collaborators, advisors, sponsors, etc. as necessary to achieve project success (20%).
• Support clinic infrastructure development and maintenance (20%).
• Manage project budget (10%).
• Other duties as assigned (10%).
