Qualifications

• Pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry experience, including knowledge of R&D quality and risk management.
• Experience developing strategic roadmaps and operating plans.
• Lean Six Sigma and PMP certifications preferred.
• Proficiency with collaboration and AI tools (Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, ChatGPT, Copilot).

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive directors to drive strategic priorities and execution.
• Coordinate RDQ priorities across capabilities with templates, governance, and processes.
• Monitor objectives, milestones, and dependencies.
• Support budget planning and management.
• Lead functional transformation and organizational change efforts.
• Provide leadership support and coordinate with leadership teams to ensure alignment.
