Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Program Manager to partner with executive leadership and RDQ for strategic priorities, governance, and execution of cross-functional programs. The role emphasizes coordinating plans, dashboards, and leadership communications across Precision Medicine Diagnostic & Supplier Quality, Safety & Medical Quality, and Data Analytics teams.

The successful candidate will translate enterprise priorities into actionable delivery, manage budgets, and support organizational transformation

Qualifications

Doctorate or higher required, or 2+ years with master’s, or 4+ years with bachelor’s in program management, operations, or R&D
Experience supporting leadership teams and managing multiple priorities
Strong skills in program or portfolio management in a matrixed organization
Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills
Lean Six Sigma and PMP certification preferred

Responsibilities

Coordinate annual strategic priorities, operating plans and measurable deliverables
Lead governance, leadership meetings, and organizational forums using standardized templates
Develop governance materials, dashboards and executive updates
Monitor timelines, milestones and interdependencies across RDQ
Operate as liaison between capability leadership and Strategic Performance & Operations Director
