Qualifications

• Doctorate or Masters with 4+ years transformation experience.
• Experience implementing digital technologies (eClinical EDC AI/ML) in clinical operations.
• Experience in a highly matrixed global organization with cross-functional influence.
• Data-driven decision making with KPIs and dashboards to demonstrate impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive Global Development Operations transformation initiatives.
• Own end-to-end project delivery and implementation.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose sustainable Clinical Trial solutions.
• Ensure integration of transformation efforts with IT and digital tools.
• Monitor progress with KPIs and assess ROI for value creation.
• Communicate status to Amgen leadership and governance.
