Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant program management experience across cross-functional programs.
• Proficient in coordinating activities across multiple workstreams with timelines and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of program lifecycle phases, governance, and strategic execution.
• Experience supporting milestone tracking, risk identification, and executive reports.
• Advanced skills in program documentation, issue tracking, and change control.
• Proficiency with Power BI, Smartsheet, MS Project; familiarity with Jira.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional communication.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.

• Design and implement learning pathways, certifications, and leadership development offerings.
• Collaborate with HR, planning, change management, and leaders to translate initiatives into scalable solutions.
• Identify future skill requirements, succession risks, and development priorities.
• Establish governance, metrics, and continuous improvement for training and workforce programs.
• Plan cross-functional programs contributing to business transformation and efficiency.
• Develop schedules, track milestones, and coordinate resources to meet objectives.
• Gather requirements and ensure alignment with program goals and governance standards.
• Prepare documentation, dashboards, and status updates for stakeholders.
• Support business case inputs, data analysis, and scenario planning.
