Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of WIL's Training and Talent Strategy.
• Design, implement, and improve WIL University including learning pathways and career tracks.
• Partner with HR and leaders to translate enterprise talent initiatives into scalable solutions.
• Develop talent strategies to identify future skill requirements and succession risks.
• Establish governance, success measures, and continuous improvement for programs.
• Plan and execute cross-functional programs contributing to business transformation.
• Develop program schedules, track milestones, and coordinate resources.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and align with goals.
• Apply governance practices to monitor progress and risks.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for delivery.
• Prepare program documentation and status updates for stakeholders.
