Navy Federal Credit Union is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead cross-functional programs that support business transformation and operational efficiency. You will work independently to manage program execution, governance, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment.

The role emphasizes mentoring junior staff, improving delivery practices, and collaborating with enabling functions to ensure organizational readiness and strong outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Program Management, Organizational Development, or related field, or equivalent combination of training, education and experience.
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent combination of training, education and experience.
• Professional Certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP, or Lean/Agile certification) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional programs that support strategic initiatives and transformation.
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with priorities and success metrics.
• Apply governance practices, tools, and reporting standards to monitor progress and accountability.
• Identify and address risks, issues, and interdependencies across teams.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners for timely execution.
• Deliver updates and insights to senior stakeholders and governance forums.
• Contribute to business case development and investment planning through data analysis.
