Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management experience in a cross-functional environment.
• 2+ years leading multi-phase, cross-functional programs.
• Advanced knowledge of program management methodologies (e.g., Agile, SAFe, Waterfall).
• Experience managing cross-functional programs supporting transformation or strategic initiatives.
• Ability to align execution with goals, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive outcomes.
• Advanced budgeting, resource planning, and risk mitigation across multiple workstreams.
• Experience with governance processes, stakeholder communications, and issue resolution.
• Expert knowledge of change management and stakeholder engagement strategies.
• Advanced analytics and reporting using tools like Power BI, Tableau, Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional programs that support strategic initiatives and business transformation.
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with priorities and success metrics.
• Apply governance practices, tools, and reporting standards to monitor progress.
• Identify and address risks, issues, and interdependencies across teams.
• Coordinate with internal/external partners for cohesive execution.
• Deliver updates and insights to senior stakeholders and governance forums.
• Contribute to business case development and investment planning.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and governance standards.
• Mentor program managers and teams to build delivery capability.
