Job summary

Navy Federal Credit Union is seeking a program management professional to support cross-functional initiatives that drive business performance and operational efficiency.

You will apply foundational PM methodologies to plan, track, and report activities, collaborating with program leads and stakeholders to ensure alignment with goals and timelines, while supporting risk identification, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Program Management, or related field.
• 2+ years of relevant program management experience.
• Experience with cross-functional governance and executive reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with program management tools and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of training and talent strategy.
• Plan, track, and report program milestones and dependencies.
• Collaborate with HR, Strategic Workforce Planning, Organizational Development, Change Management, Communications, and WIL leaders to translate initiatives into scalable solutions.
• Develop talent strategies identifying future skill requirements and development priorities.
• Establish governance, success measures, and continuous improvement processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support program delivery.
• Prepare program documentation, dashboards, and status updates for stakeholders.
