Job summary

Axon seeks a seasoned Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives within Professional Services Operations in Scottsdale. You will own deployment readiness, intake governance, and process improvements, partnering with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure successful delivery and scalable operations.

You will design dashboards, generate insights, and drive measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5 years of program management, operations, analytics, or related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives from planning to execution.
• Demonstrated ability to improve processes, influence stakeholders, and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Strong alignment with Axon Values.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional programs to improve deployment readiness, performance, and scalability.
• Own and improve intake, portfolio visibility, and service delivery mechanisms.
• Translate business needs into clear project plans, milestones, risks, and outcomes.
• Design, build, and maintain reporting frameworks for deployment health and performance.
• Develop dashboards and analyses to inform leadership decisions.
• Partner with stakeholders to define metrics and drive improvements.
• Turn ambiguous questions into actionable operational insights.
