Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5 years of onboarding, employee enablement, learning and development, or program management.
• Demonstrated experience launching onboarding or readiness programs.
• Strong program management and facilitation skills; move from planning to execution.
• Ability to build competency frameworks and learning paths; clear documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design, launch, and continuously improve onboarding and readiness programs.
• Build role-specific readiness roadmaps with learning, hands-on practice, and milestones.
• Create reusable frameworks and tools for consistency across teams.
• Conduct six-month check-ins to reinforce learning and close gaps.
• Enable managers and SMEs with guidance to coach employees and validate proficiency.
• Develop ongoing learning plans and skill development for teams.
