Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a Program Manager to translate leadership priorities into actionable plans and schedules at Fort Belvoir, VA. You will monitor initiatives, track progress, identify risks, and prepare status updates, dashboards, and performance reports for executives.

You will coordinate cross-functional meetings, maintain governance logs, develop SOPs, support SharePoint governance, and deliver timely, high-quality program support across government and contractor stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, program management, organizational leadership, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience supporting federal government or DoD program management.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing complex multi-stakeholder projects.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience developing executive briefings, reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Teams, and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Translate leadership priorities, objectives, and guidance into actionable plans, milestones, and schedules.
• Support program management by monitoring initiatives, tracking progress, and preparing status updates.
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings, working groups, and leadership engagements, including agendas and briefing materials.
• Manage governance processes, decision logs, action trackers, and program records.
• Evaluate processes and recommend improvements to boost operational efficiency and execution.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, governance docs, policies, and internal guidance materials.
• Support SharePoint administration, governance, version control, and records compliance.
• Maintain program trackers for tasks, risks, issues, milestones, and deliverables.
• Prepare and coordinate executive communications, briefings, and decision documents.
• Assist organizational planning and ensure timely updates among stakeholders.
• Provide administrative and operational support to achieve program objectives.
