Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to design and lead cross-MCS operations, while driving the leadership cadence and maintaining transparent metrics. You will translate ambiguous ideas into actionable mechanisms and present insights to senior leaders.

The role requires 4–6 years in technology-focused program management, strong data fluency, and excellent communication skills to support multi-team coordination and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in technical program management or program management in a technology-centric environment.
• Proven ability to translate ambiguous ideas into concrete mechanisms.
• Data fluency: able to self-serve from dashboards and BI tools.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute cross-MCS operational programs.
• Operate and continuously improve the MCS leadership operating cadence.
• Build and maintain metrics, dashboards, and clear narratives.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks.
• Drive operational hygiene and change execution.
• Support cross-org learning and engagement programs.
