Job summary

Jobtailor in Stafford, VA seeks a seasoned Project Manager to serve as the single point of contact for Task Order activities and to drive schedules, IMS, and WBS. You will coordinate with the J62FG PMO and government stakeholders, ensure staffing, monitor performance, risk, and quality, and support transition-in/out activities.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage complex IT projects, and ensure compliance with defense requirements.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Business or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in IT/consulting.
• PMI PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as single point of contact for Task Order activities.
• Develop, maintain, and update project plans and schedules (IMS, WBS).
• Monitor performance: schedule, milestones, risk, and quality.
• Coordinate with PMO and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Ensure staffing and skill sets for the task order.
• Track onboarding/offboarding and access for AMPS systems.
• Submit Monthly Status Reports and other documentation.
• Maintain compliance with DOD/DLA AI/ML capabilities where applicable.
• Facilitate project meetings and maintain documentation.
• Support transition-in/out activities for the task order.
