Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program management, process improvement, strategic planning, and business operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• PMP, PgMP, or similar certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic programs across departments.
• Partner with executive leadership to define program objectives, KPIs, and success metrics.
• Develop and maintain program plans, timelines, and status reports.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with broader business goals.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, transparency, and stakeholder accountability.
• Coordinate with business units, technology teams, and external partners.
• Resolve cross-functional issues, clarify dependencies, and eliminate bottlenecks.
• Analyze program performance and implement process enhancements.
• Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and program updates.
• Manage program budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships as needed.
• Track performance, analyze KPIs, and adjust programs as needed.
• Help manage organizational changes associated with programs.
