Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge of the public service system for developmental disabilities services in Oregon.
• Experience in program management, fiscal management, and staff supervision is required.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct, day-to-day supervision and performance management of assigned Program staff.
• Ensures respectful and compassionate treatment of all clients.
• Develops and implements policies to protect health, safety, and confidentiality of clients.
• Identifies opportunities to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Ensures programs meet state rules and departmental requirements.
• Maintains relationships with families, providers, and government partners.
• Manages program finances, budgets, and resource use.
• Ensures 50% direct service or billable productivity.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education

Bachelor’s degree and related experience
