Job summary

Open Arms Care Corporation is seeking a Program Manager to direct client programs for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will develop and ensure compliance with ISP, BSP, and medical support plans, while training staff for consistent, accurate documentation of services.

You will lead program operations, participate in on-duty roles, and coordinate with health professionals and families to maintain high-quality care and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience with IDD required.
• Valid driver's license and CPR certification within 30 days.
• PCM certification within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Oversee care for up to 16 individuals with IDD.
• Develop and train on ISP, BSP, and care protocols.
• Supervise staff and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Participate in Administrator on Duty and incident management.
• Ensure CMS regulatory guidance is followed.
