Job summary

Hummingbird Care Home in Eugene, Oregon is seeking a Program Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of the facility and ensure staffing adequacy and compliance with ISPs, behavioral and medical plans, and all applicable regulations. The role reports to the Program Director and requires at least 2 years of experience in developmental disabilities settings.

Qualifications

• Two or more years’ experience in residential or vocational settings serving people with developmental disabilities.
• Experience writing, reviewing, and implementing ISPs.
• Knowledgeable in Oregon Administrative Rules (OARs), updates, and licensing.
• Valid Driver's License (Required).
• CPR/First Aid Certificate (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional relationships with program managers, team members, and County Case Managers to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Develop and implement staff development and performance measurement systems.
• Oversee training and orientation of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs).
• Mentor other program managers and assist with problem solving and ISP completion.
• Coordinate with Registered Nurse/BH Specialist to meet client needs in a timely manner.
• Ensure QA processes meet state licensing requirements and Plans of Improvement.
• Review GERs in a timely manner and participate in on-call rotations.
