Qualifications

• Eligibility for Employment
• US citizen or eligible to work in the US
• At least 18 years old with valid driver's license and good driving record
• Ability to complete required and annual training
• Regular attendance is essential

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the assigned program, including schedule, personnel, and finances
• Maintain confidential information of supported individuals
• Manage communications, meetings, and documentation for the program
• Coordinate staff scheduling, coverage, and onboarding
• Assist with ISP and program compliance under Home Life policies
• Address health, safety, and quality assurance responsibilities
• Coordinate with management and external stakeholders as needed
• Prepare and review timely reports and incident documentation
