Job summary

Pillars in Appleton, WI is seeking a Program Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership for supportive housing and homelessness prevention programs. Reporting to the Client Services Director, you will oversee program operations, staff supervision, grant budgeting, and regulatory compliance to ensure high-quality service delivery for individuals and families at risk of homelessness.

You will build partnerships with funders, local government, landlords, and community organizations;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years of human services experience, including homelessness or housing instability.
• Experience supervising staff and managing programs or grants.
