Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years of human services experience preferred, including work with homelessness or related challenges.
• Experience supervising, coaching, and developing staff.
• Experience managing programs, budgets, or grant-funded services.
• Possess and maintain a valid Wisconsin driver’s license.
• Ability to travel locally with a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, supervision, coaching, and accountability for program staff.
• Oversee program operations, grants, budgets, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Develop and maintain relationships with funders, community partners, landlords, and government entities.
