Job summary

Pillars Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to lead homelessness prevention and supportive housing programs in Wisconsin.

You will supervise case managers, manage budgets and grants, and ensure compliance with funding requirements while building strong community partnerships. In this role, you will collaborate with the Extended Leadership Team to drive performance, engage staff, and improve outcomes for individuals and families experiencing homelessness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Three to five years of human services experience preferred, including homelessness/housing instability.
• Experience supervising, coaching, and developing staff.
• Experience managing programs, budgets, or grant-funded services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, supervision, coaching, and accountability for program staff.
• Oversee grants development, application, renewal, and compliance.
• Monitor program budgets, spending trends, and forecast utilization.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality service delivery to clients.
