Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of Program, Project, or Account Management experience in a contract manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned customers and exchange of business information.
• Conduct quarterly customer business reviews with the team.
• Develop and coordinate schedules and programs with customers and cross-functional departments to ensure product quality and on-time delivery.
• Direct integration and implementation of customer requirements with the Libra team.
• Manage account profitability and margin performance to meet company goals.
• Support Sales in developing programs to increase existing account sales.
• Oversee quotation activities, new product launches, contracts, engineering changes, and other cross-functional activities.
• Maintain rolling product forecasts to manage capacity, backlog, and inventory.
