Job summary

Libra Industries, a full‑service EMS provider, seeks a Program Manager to oversee key customer programs from quote to delivery. You will act as the primary liaison, coordinating engineering, manufacturing, and logistics to meet quality and schedule goals.

You will drive profitability, manage quotes, and lead cross‑functional teams to implement customer requirements while building long‑term partnerships and ensuring on‑time, high‑quality results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of program/project/account management in contract manufacturing.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with client advocacy.
• Experience balancing customer needs with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for a defined list of customers and conduct quarterly reviews.
• Develop and coordinate schedules with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
• Lead integration of customer requirements with engineering, manufacturing, materials, quality, and logistics.
• Manage profitability, pricing initiatives, and program quotations with cross-functional input.
• Develop rolling forecasts and coordinate launches, changes and capacity planning.
• Mitigate business interruption risks and support sales in expanding current accounts.
