Job summary

Libra Industries in Texas is seeking a Program Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for select customers, overseeing program performance, profitability, and on-time delivery.

You will coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, materials, quality, and sales to implement customer requirements, manage quotations, product launches, and engineering changes, and advocate for the customer while balancing company goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a technical field.
• Program Management Certificate (preferred).
• Experience in contract manufacturing or high-reliability industries preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to balance customer needs with organizational goals.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Exact/Macola is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact for assigned customers; ensure satisfaction and profitability.
• Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, and sales.
• Develop and coordinate schedules and programs with customers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage quotations, new product launches, and engineering changes with Sales and operations.
• Monitor program performance and drive cost improvement and profitability.
• Prepare rolling product forecasts to optimize capacity and inventory.
