Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Program Manager to manage the success of relationships with assigned clients and ensure achievement of customer and Cardinal Health goals. You will resolve business, distribution, and operational issues, interpret client needs, and develop alternative solutions while leading cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and/or combination of 5 years relevant experience in client management, account management, or operations management.
• At least 3 years of formal leadership experience consisting of direct reports.
• At least 1 year of client management experience within the pharmaceutical / healthcare industry preferred.
• Outstanding interpersonal and written communication skills; includes presentation skills.
• Demonstrated project management preferred.
• Understanding of P&L statements.
• Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Office products including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ownership of client relationships and act as escalation point for program services and performance issues.
• Lead and develop team members for positions of greater responsibility in the future.
• Provide insights and analysis to clients to demonstrate subject matter expertise.
• Grow program margin through patient support, implementation of offerings, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners for onboarding, implementation, and post-launch support.
• Deliver professional program status updates to clients and Sonexus senior leadership.
