Cardinal Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Programs, to drive differentiation through program design and partnerships in the at-Home Solutions space. You will own program build-out, partner management and revenue-driving execution across cross-functional teams.

The role requires strategic thinking, project leadership and strong collaboration with health plans, legal, finance and sales to deliver measurable outcomes and new opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• 8-12 years of experience preferred.
• Direct experience with health plans preferred.
• Experience in strategy development, business case design and/or project management.
• Experience in B2B or direct-to-consumer programs, labs and diagnostics preferred.
• Experience in managing external partnerships in healthcare preferred.

Aufgaben

• Leverages market dynamics to develop strategic positioning and business cases for program offerings.
• Applies strategic mindset and financial acumen to inform program design and execution.
• Fosters relationships with external partners critical to program design and execution.
• Collaborates with Health Plan Sales, Legal, Finance, Marketing, Operations to gain internal alignment.
• Leads execution of programs with cross-functional teams.
• Defines program performance tracking and analytics dashboards.
• Attends industry events to stay informed and identify opportunities.
