Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Programs, to drive differentiated programs for consumers and industry stakeholders, including health plans. You will own design and build-out, partnerships, and revenue-focused execution within Cardinal Health at-Home Solutions.

You will collaborate across Health Plan Sales, Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to align programs, manage partnerships, and develop performance analytics. A strategic, execution-focused leader is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• 8–12 years of experience, preferred.
• Direct experience with health plans.
• Experience in strategy development, business case design, and/or project management.
• Experience in B2B or direct-to-consumer programs in labs/diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Leverages market dynamics to develop strategic positioning and business cases for program offerings.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams including Health Plan Sales, Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Operations.
• Leads execution of programs with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Defines program performance tracking, analytics, and dashboards.
• Attends industry events to monitor market developments and opportunities.
