Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a remote, full-time Program Manager to coordinate complex client programs across teams. You will supervise weekly, monthly and quarterly activities, lead client meetings, and ensure timely delivery of milestones while managing contracts and changes. This role requires strong communication, cross-functional collaboration and travel under 25%.

Qualifications

• Min 5 years related client services experience, preferred
• Min 5 years’ experience in managing complex program activities with high accountability, preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Ability to travel - less than 25%
• Proven product knowledge in business area

Responsibilities

• Regularly review weekly, monthly & quarterly program activities with the client
• Attend program and client meetings, take detailed notes, document key points
• Monitor all program activities and IT projects
• Set due dates and assign responsibilities
• Follow up on action items to meet deadlines
• Provide weekly reports on all program activities
• Solicit feedback from owners on sub-tasks
• Maintain up-to-date activity timeline and progress
• Develop and manage activity timelines to ensure on-time deliverables
• Obtain consensus for activities risks, decisions and closures
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for alignment and timely completion
• Facilitate communication between internal teams and external clients
• Escalate delayed activities to program leadership
• Manage contract amendments and change requests
• Coordinate client interactions with internal & external partners
• Share and present program expectations in weekly and quarterly business review meetings
• Manage client access to internal applications and data reports with third parties
