Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Programs to inform and execute initiatives that differentiate Cardinal Health at home with health plans and consumers. You will own design and build-out of programs, manage partnerships, and drive revenue generation within Cardinal Health at-Home Solutions.

A passion for consumerism, technology and healthcare, plus strong strategic thinking and project-management skills, are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• 8–12 years of experience, preferred.
• Direct experience working for or with health plans.
• Experience in strategy development, business case design, and/or project management.
• Experience in B2B or direct-to-consumer program offerings, within labs/diagnostics preferred.
• Experience in managing external partnerships or strategic customer relationships in healthcare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leverages market dynamics to develop strategic positioning and business cases for program offerings.
• Applies strategic mindset, market expertise, and financial acumen to inform program design and execution.
• Fosters relationships with external partners critical to program design and execution; informs partnership agreements.
• Collaborates with Health Plan Sales, Legal, Finance, Marketing, Operations, and other teams for internal alignment and information gathering.
• Leads and owns execution of programs in partnership with cross-functional teams.
• Develops program performance tracking and analytics reports and dashboards.
• Attends industry events to stay updated on market developments and opportunities.
