Cardinal Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Programs, to inform and execute programs that differentiate us to consumers and industry stakeholders, including health plans. You will own design and build-out of programs, manage partnerships, and drive revenue within Cardinal Health at-Home Solutions.

A blend of strategic thinking, project management, and execution is essential for success. The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with Health Plan Sales, Legal, Finance,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• 8-12 years of experience, preferred.
• Direct experience working for or with health plans.
• Experience in strategy development, business case design, and/or project management.
• Experience in B2B or direct-to-consumer program offerings, labs/diagnostics preferred.
• Experience in managing external partnerships or strategic customer relationships in healthcare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leverages market dynamics to develop strategic positioning and business cases for program offerings.
• Applies interpersonal skills, strategic mindset, market expertise, and financial acumen to inform program design and execution.
• Fosters relationships with external partners critical to program design and execution.
• Collaborates with Health Plan Sales, Legal, Finance, Marketing, Operations and other teams for alignment.
• Leads and owns execution of programs with cross-functional teams.
• Defines program performance tracking and analytics reports and dashboards.
• Attends industry events to stay abreast of market developments and opportunities.
