Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Greenville, TX is seeking a Senior Associate, Program Manager to lead programs from inception through completion. You will drive cost, schedule, and technical performance while coordinating with Engineering, Operations, Contracts, and Finance to deliver on customer commitments.

The role requires an active Secret Clearance, a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent with experience), and strong project management and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance required.
• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.
• Graduate Degree and a minimum of 0-2 years of prior related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing aircraft integration or aircraft maintenance efforts or aircraft engineering projects.
• Demonstrated experience in preparation of business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets, and financial terms/conditions of contracts.
• Demonstrated project management skills, negotiation, organizational, time management, and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to interface with engineering, manufacturing, operations, and management personnel onsite and offsite.
• Demonstrated experience with problem resolution and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Directs all phases of programs from inception to completion.
• Leads cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations/Manufacturing, Contracts, Finance.
• Implements Earned Value Management System (EVMS) to plan and manage cost, schedule and performance.
• Negotiates contract changes and prepares SOWs and budgets.
• Acts as primary customer contact and prepares status reports for management.
• Identifies opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.
