Job summary

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams, plus eligibility for security clearances and a focus on compliant program delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 6 years minimum experience.
• Master’s degree with minimum 4 years’ experience.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum 10 years prior related experience.
• Clearance: Active Secret clearance, Top Secret Preferred.
• FAA A&P License Preferred
• Microsoft Office Tools proficiency

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the cost, schedule, and technical performance of program.
• Drives all phases of aircraft requirements and modification installation planning and execution from inception through completion.
• Drives program planning to achieve key business and financial objectives for orders, revenue recognition, operating income, and free cash flow for new, continuing, or current programs.
• Participates in the negotiation of contract and contract changes.
• Responsible for Analyzing bids, assisting in development of Deliverables / Schedule / Cashflow forecast.
• Manages preparation of proposals, performance Statement of Work (SOW) and specifications, operating budgets, and financial terms/conditions of contract.
• Acts as primary customer contact for program maintenance activities, leading program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance to ensure seamless execution.
• Effectively communicates with all levels of co-workers, senior management, and customer.
• Works with Functions assigned to the program from technical, manufacturing, and administrative areas to identify areas of improvement for systems and processes.
