Job summary

L3Harris Technologies seeks a Senior Associate, Program Manager in Greenville, TX to direct programs from inception to completion. You will lead cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, contracts, and finance, while interfacing with customers to review cost, schedule and performance.

You will establish milestones, manage budgets, and apply EVMS to mitigate risks. The role requires a security clearance and a strong commitment to ethics and integrity.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance required.
• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.
• Graduate Degree and a minimum of 0-2 years of prior related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing aircraft integration or aircraft maintenance efforts or aircraft engineering projects.
• Demonstrated experience in preparation of business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets, and financial terms/conditions of contracts.
• Demonstrated project management skills, negotiation, organizational, time management, and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to interface with engineering, manufacturing, operations, and management personnel onsite and offsite.
• Demonstrated experience with problem resolution and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Directs all phases of programs from inception through completion.
• Leads cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations/Manufacturing, Contracts, Finance, Quality, Security, etc.
• Utilizes EVMS to plan and execute programs and mitigates cost, schedule, and technical risks.
• Coordinates proposals, budgets, and SOWs for contracts.
• Acts as primary customer contact for program activities and reviews with customers on cost, schedule, and performance.
• Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules.
• Allocates resources and negotiates changes to contractual specifications as needed.
